2013 SEASON SCHEDULE HAS BEEN POSTED  
 
Any current Centennial Student interested in playing hockey in the fall must sign up for an individual meeting outside Fadrowski's door (504). Meetings will be approx 5 min and will be held Tues May 28th- Fri May 31st and Mon June 3rd-Tues June 4th. Bring your information sheet with you to the meeting.
   
PAPERWORK: (copy of BGE, parent permission, concussion forms) Is due to Fadrowski no later than Friday May 31st. 
 
If your last concussion test was before 5/1/12 you MUST retake the test to be eligible to play in the fall!  Summer Concussion Testing Dates
 
 
 
 
FALL TRYOUTS WILL BEGIN WEDNESDAY AUGUST 14TH, NOT SATURDAY AUGUST 17TH!!!! PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
